163 The OI Show: Down with OCT with Mike Cymbor

Dr. Mike Cymbor returns to break down why the Ganglion Cell Complex (GCC) is the real game-changer in early glaucoma detection. Think you’re getting the full picture with the nerve fiber layer alone? Not so fast. Tune in to learn how combining GCC analysis with traditional methods helps catch changes early—especially in high myopes—and why it's a must in your practice.

We also talk about the underrated value of Gonioscopy, how OCT complements it, and why measuring angles is crucial in glaucoma management.
